Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking

Sessions may be booked through our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Cancellation

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances
• Full refunds will be provided for sessions cancelled by Trellvox

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the booking process. All prices are subject to change with notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our programs, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Trellvox and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
